Is the service available immediately?
The web hosting is activated immediately after the order is placed. However, we will only register the domains once we have received payment of the invoice. Domain registration is also instant if you pay your invoice on our website using the online payment buttons.
Can I upgrade to a larger package?
Yes, you can do so at any time by paying only the difference between your current package and the larger one. Updating your package is easily done in the Client Area of our website, under ‘My Services’. Our system automatically calculates the amount to be paid based on the time remaining on the current package and the amount already paid.
