All our web hosting includes email accounts under your own domain name (e.g. firstname.lastname@yourcompany.fi). Creating an email (email address and mailbox) is easy from the webhosting control panel. In addition to the web hosting, all you need is your own domain name, which you can also easily order from us.

Find your domain

In addition to mailboxes, web hosting includes a website space that can be used as disk space for websites and mailboxes. The service also includes the naming services required by the domain to redirect addresses used for email and on websites to the web hosting service. Name services also allow you to redirect your domain addresses to a third-party service (e.g. Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 365). Check out our web hosting options here.

 

Use email in a browser or with a separate program

With Webmail, you can conveniently read your email directly from a web browser on any computer with an internet connection. You can also add the email account to your existing email client. Thanks to the authenticated mail server, you can easily receive and send email using your own email client, on any network. Supported programs include Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird and Mac OS X Mail. You can also enable emails in your phone’s email client. You will receive the message immediately by SMS to your phone (IMAP IDLE support).

Secure email service and powerful spam filtering

Our service supports encrypted SMTP, IMAP and POP3 connections. Encrypted connections make reading and sending messages risk-free. We also support advanced security technologies such as DomainKeys and SPF. All emails in the web hosting are also backed up, and you can easily restore deleted emails yourself directly from the control panel.

All our web hosting uses the award-winning SpamExperts, which effectively blocks spam and viruses. You can manage your SpamExperts settings and view logs of messages sent to you.

Your own domain in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 365

If you wish, you can use your domain email address in third-party email services, such as Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) or Microsoft Office 365. The domain name service (DNS) needed to connect your domain and email service are included in all our web hosting options. If you don’t need disk space for your website or mailboxes from us, you can order a name service on its own most affordably from our domain park service.
